BLD: Building Foundations in Fitness & Life

Our group is focused on helping men grow in their faith, fitness, finances, and family. We believe that as men, it's important to strive for self-improvement and accountability in all aspects of our lives.

Through challenges and friendly competition, we encourage each other to push ourselves to be our best selves. We meet weekly over Zoom to discuss our fitness challenges and progress, and we also read and discuss books together that help us grow in our faith and personal development.

In addition to our weekly meetings, we meet once a month in person to bond over activities such as a men's breakfast, disc golf, or hiking. These activities allow us to build a sense of camaraderie and community as we support each other on our journeys.

We also provide workout plans that cater to your needs, whether you prefer to workout at the gym or at home. Our goal is to create a space where men can support and uplift each other as we work towards becoming the best versions of ourselves.

We believe that God has called us to be strong in all aspects of our lives, and we invite you to join us on this journey of self-improvement and growth. Come join our community and let's grow in faith, fitness, finances, and family together!
