Growth Track 2

Growth Track 2 Tuesdays, 7:00–8:30 PM | October 13th through November 3rd Growth Track 2 is a four-week class for those who have completed Growth Track 1 or attended the Encounter Retreat in 2024. This class is an opportunity to continue growing and learning what it looks like to serve and lead well within our church community. Over the four weeks, we’ll walk through: A Life That Multiplies (Discipleship) Sustainable Leadership Ministering 101 & Servant Leadership Relational Maturity Each session includes both teaching and practical application, equipping you with tools and experience to lead with confidence and care. This class is open to connect group leaders, kids ministry leaders, ministry team members, worship leaders, youth leaders--or anyone who wants to continue growing in leadership and investing in others. We would love for you to join us as we continue learning together! Doors open at 6:45 PM. Childcare is provided upon registration for children aged 2-12. Classes will be held at the main CTF Campus.
