Growth Track 2

Growth Track 2 is a four-week class for those who have completed Growth Track 1 or attended the Encounter Retreat in 2024. This class is an opportunity to continue growing and learning what it looks like to serve and lead well within our church community. Over the four weeks, we’ll walk through: A Life That Multiplies (Discipleship) Sustainable Leadership Ministering 101 & Servant Leadership Relational Maturity Each session includes both teaching and practical application, equipping you with tools and experience to lead with confidence and care. This class is open to connect group leaders, kids ministry leaders, ministry team members, worship leaders, youth leaders--or anyone who wants to continue growing in leadership and investing in others. Childcare will be provided for those who register. The class is held on Wednesdays 7pm-8:30pm starting May 6th in the Hospitality Suite (upstairs on the left hand side of the building).
