Day 1 | Knowing God

“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”
Jeremiah 29:13
Knowing God is the foundation of our faith. This is not about acquiring knowledge or fulfilling religious obligations; it is about cultivating a relationship with a living and loving God. Throughout Scripture, we see examples of people who sought after God—Moses, David, Mary—and experienced His presence in transformative ways. God desires intimacy with us, and He promises to respond when we seek Him with genuine hearts. Often, the busyness of life or distractions of the world can hinder us from knowing Him more deeply. As we prioritize Him, we will find that His presence brings clarity, peace, and purpose.
Reflection
How much of your heart are you dedicating to knowing God? Are there distractions or idols in your life that compete with your time with Him?
Prayer
Lord, I desire to know You more. Remove anything that keeps me from fully seeking You. Reveal Your heart and nature to me as I draw closer to You. Let my relationship with You grow deeper and more intimate each day. Amen.
